Can hair be colored?
Yes. Our premium raw and luxury virgin human hair can be professionally colored or bleached.
Orders, Payment & Shipping
How long does processing take?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and is free on orders over $75. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking is emailed automatically.
Which payment options do you accept?
Credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and PayPal Pay Later, and Klarna. Flexible payment plans are available at checkout with approved providers.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Contact us within three (3) calendar days of product delivery to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code. Product must be received by JTJLuxuryHair within seven (7) calendar days after the RA code is issued.
Hair must be unused, unopened and in the same packaging for exchange-only eligibility. Return shipping costs are at the purchaser's expense.
Veteran Services
Do veterans pay for a cranial prosthesis?
No. Cranial prosthesis services for eligible veterans are authorized and paid directly by the VA. Veteran benefits apply, so there is never a fee, copayment or payment by a Veteran for his or her annual cranial prosthesis.
What is a cranial prosthesis?
A cranial prosthesis is a medically necessary hair replacement system prescribed for individuals experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions such as alopecia, chemotherapy, autoimmune disorders, or trauma.
Is JTJ Resources a VA-approved vendor?
Yes. JTJ Resources, Inc. is a VA-approved vendor providing cranial prosthesis consultations and customized medical hair replacement solutions.
How long does the VA process take?
The entire process should take no more than about four months, depending on the efficiency of each department. See the steps.
