Refund policy

JTJ Resources, Inc. accepts returns of eligible products if you change your mind.

Items must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of receipt and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Customers are eligible for exchange credit only, which may be used to exchange the returned product for a different product. Refunds are not provided.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been:

  • Opened

  • Tested

  • Used or partially used

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Returned in a condition different from the condition in which they were originally received

To be eligible for an exchange, all returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

Original packaging includes ensuring that all labels remain affixed in their original condition and that seals or packaging have not been opened or broken.

All returned products will be inspected before exchange credit is issued to ensure that they are in an “as new” condition.

Responsibility for Returned Items

Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our office.

It is important that all returned items are securely wrapped in suitable packaging to prevent damage to the products or their original packaging during transit.

We are not responsible for items returned to us in error.

As a precaution, we strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance for the full value of the product being returned. This helps protect you in the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Information Required for Returns

When returning an item, please include the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Address, as provided on the original order

  • Order Number, so that we can identify your original purchase

  • Return Authorization Number, if applicable

  • Reason for Return or Exchange
